Include the license key from your AppSumo activation page so we can look up your account — we don't receive your email address from AppSumo.

The app says my license key isn't found

Make sure you activated the purchase on AppSumo first: AppSumo account → Products → Activate. That step registers your key with us; afterwards, paste the key into the app.

I hit the device limit

Open the app on a computer you no longer use, go to Settings → License, and click "Deactivate on this computer". That frees a seat immediately. If the old computer is gone, contact support and we'll free it for you.

I upgraded my AppSumo tier — do I need a new key?

AppSumo issues a new key on upgrade, but the app switches over automatically the next time it checks your license. If you activate a new computer, use the new key from your AppSumo activation page.

Setup fails while installing the voice engine

The first launch downloads the voice engine (a few GB). Check that you have disk space and a stable connection, temporarily pause aggressive antivirus scanners, and press Install again — setup resumes safely.
